These Terms govern all offers, orders, and agreements made through bioverlabs.com. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Research Use Only / Eligibility

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use only. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food, are not for human or veterinary use, and must not be used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. You confirm you are at least 18 years old, are a qualified buyer, and will use and handle the products in compliance with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the legality of import and use in your country.

2. Products & Purity

Products are high-purity research-grade compounds. Each batch is HPLC-tested and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available. Product images are illustrative.

3. Prices

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order.

4. Ordering

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected misuse, compliance, or stock reasons — in which case any payment is refunded.

5. Payment

We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). Payment is processed over encrypted channels and must be received before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Title

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+3) on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery times are estimates (see Shipping Information). Risk and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a correct address and for any local customs or import duties.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Returns or refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is" for research use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biover Labs is not liable for any misuse, for any use contrary to these Terms, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and text are the property of Biover Labs and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
