Biover Labs supplies laboratory research chemicals and reference materials. Due to the nature of these products and to protect integrity and traceability, the following policy applies to all orders.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, or buyer's remorse.

When We Will Replace or Refund

We will replace or refund an order only if the product arrives:

  • Defective — e.g. a compromised seal or vial damage affecting the contents
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect — you received a different item than the one ordered

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact info@bioverlabs.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, vial, and packaging.
  3. Keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved — do not discard anything.

Resolution

Once we verify the claim, we will — at your choice — ship a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Opened, used, or partially used products
  • Orders refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Change-of-mind or ordering errors by the buyer
  • Products held or seized by customs (the buyer is responsible for local import compliance)
